  • Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" during purchase.

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation.

 

Return Process

  2. Approval: Our team will verify your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  3. Shipping: Pack the item securely and ship it to the return address provided. Ensure that the RA number is included on the package. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the product received is defective or incorrect.

  4. Inspection: Once the product is received, it will be inspected for eligibility.

 

Refund Policy

  • Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item passes inspection.

  • Mode of Refund: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method or issued as store credit.

  • Shipping and COD charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
